“…Spain is currently experiencing the highest unemployment rates among European countries. According to the latest Eurostat figures the unemployment rate in October 2012 stood at 26.2%. Unemployment among people who are between 20 and 25 years is 39.6% with graduate unemployment rising to almost 19%. These figures do not reflect the number of graduates who are working below their academic level in low skilled employment. There is little support available to foster entrepreneurship but graduates would consider business start-up if appropriate training were provided…”
